Several AT&T systems can provide full voice mail integration with the use of a VoiceBridge by VTG. Depending upon your phone system and software, a VoiceTrak / VoiceBridge combination can provide message waiting lights, the ability to automatically log on to a mailbox and the ability to forward a station set to a specific voice mail box.

The System 25 (and Dimension 100 and others) is very slow during transfers. We recommend that the VoiceTrak Transfer Prompt parameter be changed to 0 for off to speed transfers.
On a No Answer return, the caller may hear a single ring sound immediately prior to VoiceTrak retrieving the call. This is a function of the System 25 and can't be changed.
The System 25 does not always send a ringback tone to VoiceTrak before actually ringing a desk set. System users may answer the phone before VoiceTrak hears it ring. The person receiving the call may say "Hello" several times before VoiceTrak connects the call. The only solutions are: AT&T fixes the System 25 to include 'synchronized ringing and ringback' (an unlikely situation), system users don't answer the phone until the second full ring (also unlikely), the VoiceTrak dealer and system administrator receive many complaints (the most likely situation). We don't see any practical solutions to this situation unless AT&T fixes their system. Finally, the System 25 does not send a terminating tone or any other disconnect signal. VoiceTrak must time-out to disconnect.
